Game/Format:
Magic: the Gathering cEDH tournament
Deck lists ARE required. Proxies are allowed with a maximum of 10 per deck. will allow Gold Bordered cards such as CE, IE, and Championship deck cards are allowed with inspection by TO/Head Judge which will NOT have a proxy fee to be used.
Event Structure:
There will be 5 rounds with a cut to top 16. Rounds will be 75 minutes long. Pairings will be randomized for the start of the tournament and then pairings will be determined by record.

Date/Time:
Saturday October 15th.
Doors open at 9am for registration, the tournament starts at 10:30am sharp.
Entry fee:
Preregistration $50, Day of the event registration $60
– Entry fee includes food and 1 Drink of choice (not including energy drinks)
Other drinks and snacks available for purchase at the venue.

Every entry into the main event gets you ONE entry to our door prizes. This enters you in for some awesome door prizes that will include Promo packs, Store credit, T-Shirts, and more.

Side events:
EDH pods for packs:
Each participant purchases the same pack of
MTG to contribute to the prize pool (4 person pods).
Each win scores you 2 packs. 2 60 minute games per pod.
Unfinity Draft:
This side event will be fill to fire and only needs 6 people to make it happen with a max of 8 per draft.
This event will be $17+tax per person and include 3 packs for draft and 1.5 packs per person entered into the prize pool.
No outside food or drinks, please make sure to read the store rules.

Proxy and Card Rules:
Cards cannot be visible through the back of the sleeves. Any cards that can be considered marked cards are not tournament legal. All cards MUST be indistinguishable from one another. (this includes foil cards with curling).
Proxies have their own set of rules for this event in which case it is elaborated on on our website so that there is no uncertainty on how to use proxies in this event.
Proxies:
Deck card: Proxies in the deck shall consist of a Helper card as shown here:
The helper card will have clear writing of only the name of the card,mana cost, and card type. No other details should be on the helper card itself. If you are unsure what a card does that’s played and it’s a proxy please call a judge over to provide the card information to you. Do not bring out your cellphone or other devices to distinguish what a card does as this will be considered outside help and could result in disciplinary actions such as game loss or DQ.
Decklists: Decklists must be saved through www.moxfield.com and submitted by emailing the link to decklists@swordstonegames.com. You have until the start of the first round the day of the event to submit decklists. Deck checks WILL be conducted at random.
Refunds: No refunds will be given for this event unless canceled at minimum 72 hours prior to the start of the first round so that we may fill your spot.
If you are not in your seat for the start of the round you have 5 minutes to sit down before a game loss is given.
