Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sword in the Stone!

We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as enjoyable
as possible.

Please review our return policy carefully to understand the terms and
conditions for returning products.

General Return Guidelines

  1. All returns must be requested and processed within 15 days from the date
    of purchase with the original purchase receipt. No exceptions..
  2. Products must be returned completely sealed and unused, with all
    original packaging and tags intact.
  3. Returns will only be issued in the form of a Sword in the Stone gift
    card. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment
  4. The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Collectible card games (including trading card games)
    • Concessions (food, snacks, beverages, etc.)
    • Clearance items

Event Tickets

  1. Event tickets are refundable up to 72 hours before the day of the event.
  2. To request a refund for event tickets, please contact our customer
    service team at least 72 hours before the event’s scheduled start time.
  3. Refunds for event tickets will be issued in the form of a Sword in the
    Stone gift card.
  4. After the 72-hour window, event tickets are non-refundable.

Clearance Items

  1. Clearance items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or
    exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
  2. If you receive a damaged or defective clearance item, please contact our
    customer service team within 15 days of purchase to request a return or

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please visit our store in person and bring the
    original receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Our staff will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the
    return criteria outlined above.
  3. If the return is approved, a Sword in the Stone gift card will be issued
    for the value of the returned item(s).
