Squire’s Commander League [07/14/2023]

Attention all squires of Sword in the stone! We at the round table are officially announcing the first, of many, Squire’s Commander League. Take part in 6 weeks of commander games and win points to make it to the top 4 for the 7th week to see who wins the grand prize [insert prize here]. In signing up for this league you will pay $40 to join the league which will pay for the first 4 weeks and then $10 for each week left. Every week all squire’s will play in a 4 man pod with a TO available to record the match.

Winners get 3 points. Losers get 1 point. If there is a tie ALL participants still in the game when the tie is called get 2 points. There will be a special deck with 4 cards pulled from it for each player in the pod. These will have special conditions to win points during the game so players have other ways of gaining points other than winning or losing.

Casual Vs. Competitive

Before a game starts players can discuss if they want to play competitive or casual. If someone brings a competitive deck to a table that agrees to a casual game play may be faced with the other three players going after them. This is not going to be considered king making as the table is using their ability of threat assessment.

This is meant to be fun for everyone involved. Don’t ruin others’ fun by being inconsiderate.
